Tennis Court Floodlighting Installation

Our floodlighting systems are a popular choice for many of our clients, providing safe, reliable and effective lighting that allows you to continue playing after dark.

​

We provide a fully managed service, supplying and installing the floodlighting units as well as carrying out all electrical connections, so your system is ready for immediate use.

​

A typical installation includes 6 or 8 twin 500w halogen tungsten floodlights, mounted on specially designed columns attached to the existing tennis court fence surround. This design ensures the lighting integrates neatly with your current fencing system.

 

Practical and Discreet Design

Each floodlight column is designed to be both effective and unobtrusive:

​

• When not in use, the columns sit at approximately 2.75m (9ft) to match the height of the surrounding fencing.

• When lighting is required, the columns can be raised to around 5.5m (18ft) to provide optimal illumination across the court.

 

This adjustable system allows for excellent lighting performance while maintaining the visual appearance of your court when the lights are not in use.

 

Ideal for New or Existing Tennis Courts

Floodlighting is commonly installed when we build new tennis courts, but the system can also be easily added to existing courts.

​

One of the key advantages of this system is that no ducting needs to be installed beneath the court surface, meaning the lights can be fitted without digging up or disturbing the playing surface.
