| Kensington
Palace Gardens, London
Russian oil baron Len Bravatnik purchases a new property in Kensington
Palace Gardens for £41m, in the so called ‘Billionaires’ Boulevard’,
next to Kensington Palace. One of his requirements was for
the installation of a new court at the house, which presented several
challenges with regards to the sensitive nature of the site and
access restrictions into the road. 1st-Surface Ltd successfully
dealt with these issues and installed a ProLawn Plus synthetic grass
tennis court fit for even the most affluent of clients.
See case study
here of how we installed the court.
