Four Seasons Hotel, Hook,
Hampshire
Recently opened 5 star luxurious hotel in Hampshire boasts two
new Pro-Lawn synthetic grass tennis courts thanks to 1st-Surface
Ltd. A Georgian mansion set in acres of countryside with
heritage listed gardens offers guests a first class tennis

Kensington Palace Gardens,
London
Russian oil baron Len Bravatnik purchases a new property in
Kensington Palace Gardens for £41m, in the so called
‘Billionaires’ Boulevard’, next to Kensington Palace. One of
his requirements was for the installation of a new court at the
house, which presented several challenges with regards to the
sensitive nature of the site and access restrictions into the
road. 1st-Surface Ltd successfully dealt with these issues and
installed a ProLawn Plus synthetic grass tennis court fit for
even the most affluent of clients.

Woldingham School, Woldingham,
Surrey
This exclusive private school recently chose 1st-Surface Ltd
to completely refurbish their four dilapidated tennis/netball
courts with our TruBounce macadam surface. One of their
criteria was for not only a quality finish, but also to carry
out the installation quickly and efficiently. The bursar Philip
Walton said “we are very pleased with the installation and
service provided by 1st-Surface Ltd which now gives us an
excellent training facility for both tennis and netball, which
replaces our previously old and worn out courts”. |

Shirley LTC, Croydon, Surrey
A members run tennis club in Croydon, with four old macadam
courts had a limited budget, but still required a quality
finish. The club commissioned 1st-Surface Ltd to resurface
the existing worn and tired courts and decided to lay our
TruBounce porous macadam surface with a red and green acrylic
colourspray. The club members are now enjoying their newly
resurfaced courts throughout the year. |
