Maintenance Package for a Single Synthetic Grass Tennis Court

Specialist machine cleaning

The existing court will be professionally cleaned using our purposely designed power brush machine that cleans out the pile removing contaminated sand, debris, moss, bird droppings etc from the surface.

We would normally recommend that the court is moss treated at least two weeks before cleaning for the best possible results.  Should you require 1^st-Surface to moss kill your court, please see additional price below.

Sanding

The court surface will be topped up with specially graded silica sand where necessary..  This will be carefully brushed into the existing surface to provide the appropriate playing characteristics.  (Please note that the sanding process can only be carried out when the surface is dry).

Weed/Moss Treatment

The court will be thoroughly treated and checked for moss.  Any minor weed growth will be spot treated as necessary.

Tennis Posts

The existing tennis post winding mechanism will be checked and greased to provide a smooth working mechanism.

Fencing

The surround fencing will be checked and any defects will be reported.  Any fencing repair works that may be necessary would be charged for as an additional price.

Water Supply

We have assumed that we will be given free use of a water supply throughout the contract period.

Additional Prices

Work will be invoiced yearly after the maintenance visit has been carried out.
These prices assume works are carried out in one day.
Additional days will be subject to a nominal charge.

The prices quoted will hold until December 2011
