Foxhills Country Club, Ottershaw, Surrey
Exclusive Country Club Foxhills have installed a 720sq ft ProPutt synthetic turf putting green.  Director Marc Hayton said “this is a terrific idea as it allows members and guests to practice their putting all year round whatever the weather on a surface that is as near to real grass as you can get.  I am sure there will be strong demand from people in the area to have one fitted at their golf club or in their own back garden”.

1st-Surface install their largest green
1st-Surface Ltd have successfully completed the installation of their largest synthetic turf putting green using the ProPutt nylon surface at Puttenham, Nr Guildford, Surrey.   The green measures 24ft x 40ft incorporating five holes and a separate chipping mat.  1st-Surface Director Terry Clarke said “these putting greens are very successful in the U.S. and we have now bought the idea over to the U.K.  There are many avid golfers who would love to have a putting green like this in their own garden and with our help we can create the ideal green to suit their specific requirements.”

Broadgate Arena, London
A temporary 9 hole tournament standard TruPutt synthetic turf putting green was supplied and installed by 1st-Surface Ltd in the heart of the city.  The green was in place for a 4 day event and was also hired out by companies during the evening for private functions.  It proved a big hit with everyone concerned.
